Homeschooling can be an incredibly rewarding venture. However, it can also be tedious, frustrating and expensive.

Many places will tell you that you have to buy a lot of equipment, books, and general scholastic materials, but it isn’t true.

There are a lot of really great free products available; enough that families never have to buy anything else ever again. These are out there for anyone that needs or wants them. If anyone can actually find them.

The problem comes when people try to find these free resources. There is a vast sea of products that companies will try to convince people they need. So much so that the really good products, i.e. the FREE ones, get swallowed in the mix.

It’s really hard to push through all the “great offers” that will end up costing a lot of money in the long run. These companies are pretty tricky. They use the power of flashy gimmicks and rewarding promises to get people to buy things they don’t ever really need.

Homeschoolers generally never have to buy anything, other than very basic essentials like paper and pencils, and even those can be completely optional.

The freebies out there aren’t limited to just textbook work either, there are some truly wonderful online programs that fully teach classes, help children study, walk parents and children through entire courses, and even some that provide free options for homeschoolers to get together and socialize.

So how do you find all these wonderfully free resources? Two ways really:

  • Do numerous amounts of research, digging through every thing out there, which can be incredibly frustrating because those tricky companies we talked about earlier will be there showing you “free” things, and then charge you a hidden fee.

  • Find someone that has already done the tedious research and that has already compiled it into a simple guide.

Look at that, I just so happen to have some things that might be right up your alley. Take a look here. These books have been compiled over the course of nearly 10 years. They offer the most up to date free resources out there, and have links and options included, to make the process of homeschooling simple, and free!

Like my work? I am offering these E-Books absolutely free here on this page only. If you would like to donate and help me write more helpful work for homeschool families; Please consider donating. You can choose your own price. Anything is appreciated.
